A considered home should support the way you live, not make life more difficult.

Meet Charlotte

My work as a professional organiser has been shaped by a lifetime of moving between homes and countries, a rhythm that continued well into my 30s. With Maltese roots and a childhood spent across continents, I learned early on how to create calm, structure, and a sense of familiarity within constant change.

That experience, combined with a natural empathy for how people truly live, continues to shape the way I work today.

Although my career has always centred around working closely with people, careful listening, and offering thoughtful, non-judgemental support, it was during a pause between contracts, while settled at home with my young family, that I turned this lifelong instinct into a dedicated professional organising service.

Looking back, I have often been the person others turn to when something needs to be made simpler or more manageable, whether organising kitchens, bringing calm (and fun!) to children’s spaces, or decluttering wardrobes or home offices.

This approach is reflected in Ordni - the Maltese word for order - representing thoughtfully structured systems that support everyday life at home. The focus is not on quick fixes or surface-level organisation. I’m here to support you in creating systems that bring clarity and headspace to everyday life.

I understand first-hand the demands of daily life, and I bring a discreet, respectful, and tailored approach to every home I work in across Lancashire and the Fylde Coast. I’m here to create considered and calm spaces that adapt with you - through change, routine, and everything in between.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find me cheering on the sidelines, whether that’s football, cricket, tennis, skateboarding or a local parkrun.

“I can’t recommend Ordni Home highly enough. From the moment Charlotte arrived, she was warm, patient, and incredibly kind. I had been putting off sorting through years of belongings, but she made the whole process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Nothing was rushed, and I never felt pressured, just gently supported every step of the way. My home now feels lighter, calmer, and much easier to live in.”
