Understanding how we work together and what to expect

The process

  • We begin with a complimentary 30-minute, friendly consultation via phone/video call (WhatsApp or Zoom). This allows me to understand more about you, your home, and your goals.

  • Once we have had the free consultation, if necessary, I will complete a home visit to review the space in more detail and identify practical solutions. This visit lasts up to one hour and is priced at £35 which will be deducted from your total investment should you choose to proceed.

  • After the In-Home review, you will receive a tailored quotation outlining the recommended scope of work and an estimated timeframe. You can then decide how many hours you wish to book.

If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s completely natural.

Taking the first step can feel the hardest, but it’s also where things begin to shift.

Sessions are available as half days or full days, depending on the scope and pace of your project.

  • Half day - 3 hours, including a short break

  • Full day - 6 hours, including a 30-minute lunch break

Professional organising sessions

A minimum booking of 3 hours applies to all sessions.

Rates

Monday to Friday

Half day: £105

Full day: £200

Weekends

Standard rates plus £50

Additional time beyond your booked session is charged at £35 per hour.

Weekend appointments are available subject to an additional supplement.

A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking for planned sessions. Once the session is complete, the remaining fee is due within three days from the receipt of the invoice (as per my terms and conditions).

For larger projects requiring additional organisers, a per-organiser rate will be discussed in advance.

Packages

For those seeking support across multiple areas of the home, the following discounted packages are available:

  • 24-hour package (4 days): £795

  • 48-hour package (8 days): £1580

  • 72-hour package (12 days): £2350

A minimum session length of 3 hours applies. Package fees are payable in full at the time of the booking. Payment plans are also available - please ask for more information. Where possible, time estimates are provided as a guide and may evolve as work progresses.

Travel

I live in Lytham St Annes and work with clients across the Fylde Coast, Lancashire, Cumbria, and Greater Manchester.

Travel within a 10 mile drive each way is included. Locations beyond this may incur an additional charge of £0.45 per mile.

Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for late cancellations.
